Be Leery of Labels

You may be finding yourself much more aware of food labels if you are just beginning to improve your eating habits. Keep in mind that many 'diet' foods or reduced calorie foods are often higher in sodium and added sugars or preservatives. This is how manufacturers compensate for taste. Many times, you are better off choosing the regular item and just eating less of it!

DietWatch tips and newsletters give you important information about weight loss, fitness and health news, along with delicious recipes and healthy lifestyle tips. Whether you are on a low calorie diet, low carb diet, or other weight loss program, DietWatch is designed to help you achieve and maintain your diet and weight loss goals.
